OVERVIEW

The Religion and Spirituality Module is new to the 2004 mail survey. 
Supplementing items asked on the telephone about specific aspects of religion
(preference, service attendance, etc.), these items aim to address religion and
spirituality in a more general sense, including attitudes toward religion,
spirituality, and the Bible.  Also asked are items about the importance of
religion in one's life and the use of religion or spirituality to find comfort
or guidance in difficult times.
