Sibling Health Module

OVERVIEW:
This is the first round of data collection for which graduate siblings were
asked health-related items during the telephone interview. For health items
prior to 2005, please see the 1994 sibling mail questionnaire. Health items
ascertained on the telephone for the 2005 round include general self-reported
health, the Health Utilities Index-Mark 3, specific illnesses and details
regarding long-term care. General health questions [CX010FRE-CX016RER] were
added on 3/30/2005, after survey had entered the field. General Health
Vignettes were asked of replicates 1, 8, and 9. See Appendix M - cor847 for
sampling scheme.
