GHEALTH Health Module
       

OVERVIEW:

This is the first round of data collection for which graduates were asked
health-related items during the telephone interview.  For health items prior to
2004, please see the 1993 graduate mail questionnaire.

Health items ascertained on the telephone for the 2004 round include general
self-reported health, the Health Utilities Index-Mark 3, specific illnesses and
details regarding long-term care.
