To convert century month for years 1900-1999: century month=((year-1900)*12) + month To convert century month for years 2000+: century month=((year-2000)*12) + 1200 + month NOTE: When only the year was obtained, century month is calculated using June. NOTE: When only the season was obtained, century month is calculated using the mid-point of each season: (Summer = July; Fall = Oct; Winter = Jan; Spring = April) All dates for education were asked by season. To obtain year and month from a century month code: year = int((centurymonth-1/12)/12) month= round(mod((centurymonth-1/12),12)) The int function truncates results. The mod function retains the remained of the result of dividing the first parameter by the second.
