- A preliminary release of the 2005-07 selected sibling spouse phone survey is available.
- Selected sibling variables from mortality closeout proxy report are now available.
- Variables from the National Death Index (NDI) are now available.
- Responses from Medicare Part D SAQ now available.
- Attractiveness and Body Mass variables coded from high school yearbook photos are available.
- Activities coded from high school yearbooks are available.
Corrections/Additions to Previously Released Data
Status and Descriptive Variables
- Livgrad, deatyr, xlivsib and xdeatyr were changed due to incorrectly classified deaths for a handful of cases.
2004 Graduate Survey
- Variables previously available as ICD-9 codes now have an additional ICD-10 coded variable.
- GF014JCE, GF014JPEE, GF015JCE and GF015JPE: census detailed occupation and industry codes now include codes from
graduates who responded to mail SAQ and did not respond to phone interview.
- IXCH10BR:
Error in program. All values were -2. Now there are collapsed ICD-9
codes.
- IXMB2RER, IXMB3RER:
Error in program. IXMB2RER and IXMB3RER are about different vignettes.
Some of the replicates were assigned to one variable when they should
have been in the other.

- GB038RE GB039RE GB040RE:
Since success questions are asked at end of interview. graduates who partialed out prior to
opportunity to respond to these questions are now coded -5 (partial) rather than -3 (refused).
- GE01601 GE01602 GE01603:
ICF (International Classification of Functional Disorders) recodes of variables that were previously
coded to ICD-9 (International Classification of Diseases).
- GV032DRE GV032ERE:
ICD-9 codes were updated with ICF codes.
2005 Graduate Spouse Survey
- AV033RE:
Some relationship codes were removed due to their professional vs
personal status; and miss coding during interview.
- AB003RED:
Original program did not subtract a grade for respondent who did not
complete the given year.
- AB005REC:
Domino effect from changes to AB003RED. Also, error in program coded a lot
of cases to a Master's degree if they did not answer the question 'did you
complete this grade or year'.
- AB037RE AB038RE AB039RE AB040RE:
Since success questions are asked at end of interview. graduates who partialed out prior to
opportunity to respond to these questions are now coded -5 (partial) rather than -3 (refused).
- AB042RE:
Error in original program had no if actually not ascertained, dk, or refused.
- AB043RE:
Orginal program coded cases missing instead of inap.
- In the pensions, income and assets modules, missing codes were reassigned and relabelled.
2005 Sibling Survey
- For public version children's roster variables cd00301- cd00610 added.
- Census detailed occupation and industry codes now available in the emmployment module for current job
and job before retirement for siblings who responded to mail survey and did not respond to the phone survey.
- CB038RE CB039RE CB040RE:
Since success questions are asked at end of interview. Siblings who partial ed out prior to
opportunity to respond to these questions are now coded -5 (partial) rather than -3 (refused).
- CV032DRE CV032ERE:
ICD-9 codes were updated with ICF codes.
