Ted works with the Undergraduate Advisor to manage day-to-day activities of our Undergraduate Program, as well as related data management. This includes course planning, timetable, classroom assignments, enrollment, instructor copies of textbooks, and teaching evaluations.

Charlotte manages administration of the joint graduate program in Sociology and Community & Environmental Sociology. This includes recruitment, graduate student advising, funding, and professional development, policy interpretation, program assessment, and alumni relations. Charlotte serves on our BIPoC Recruitment & Retention Committee, Faculty/Staff Climate Committee, Graduate Program Committee, Graduate Recruitment & Hospitality Committee, Professional Development & Job Search Committee, and Small Grants & Awards Committee. She also is the Ph.D. Minor Advisor and SGSA Advisor.

Kim handles a multitude of HR responsibilities, working in conjunction with other Sociology staff. These include faculty recruitment, short-term staffing, grad student hiring, and more. She also handles various departmental responsibilities with the Chair, Associate Chair, Academic Department Manager, and other administrative staff.
