Walk in Help Desk will be available Mondays and Wednesdays during regular Help Desk hours. Remote support is also available and you can make an appointment via the methods listed below.

If you have a statistical question, please either email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or go to our statistical consulting page to set up an appointment with one of our statistical consultants.

Problem with your computer? Need to set something up? Solution Center is your quick and easy guide to the most common problems SSCC members run into and their solutions.
The SSCC Knowledge Base is your primary source of information about using SSCC resources. It also discusses statistical and data science topics, and contains SSCC's training curriculum.
You are welcome to send email or voicemail to the Help Desk when it is closed, and your message will be addressed as soon as the Help Desk opens again. Use the Emergency Contact Form to report system or network outages after hours (other issues will be addressed when the Help Desk reopens).
The SSCC Help Desk is your primary point of contact with SSCC staff. If the consultant on duty cannot answer your question immediately, he or she will refer it to someone who can. Please do not send questions or requests for help to individual staff members: if they happen to be out of the office, your message may go unread for some time. Please see our software database and policies for information about what software and hardware the SSCC supports.
For problems with the printers in the computer labs, such as running out of paper or toner, please speak with the student lab monitor or contact the Help Desk if one is not available.
