• Pediatric Crohn's and Colitis Association Not much information, does not seem to be updated after 1999. A few articles on growth charts, increasing calories, etc. Brings up repeated "haymarket" ads. Has copies of growth charts, sketch of digestive system.
• http://qurlyjoe.bu.edu/cduchome.html A links page, including links to medical institutions, pharmaceutical firms, support groups, etc. Also includes FAQs.
• On-line medical photos illustrating IBD and normal tissue (links to similar pix & tutorial for other conditions)
• http://www.crohns.org.uk/ Hospital-maintained Chron's educational site with information for patients.
• National Digestive Diseases Information Clearinghouse (NIH) Crohn's Page, Basic informational overview.
• National Association of Crohns and Colitis (United Kingdon) A membership organization, supports research, site contains information on treatment, research.
• focusoncrohnsdisease.com A MedineNet site with commerical pop-ups. An overview article about Crohn's, plus articles about all common drugs. Clear, organized outline makes review of information straightforward.
• Crohn's section of Medline (National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health) Links to information on other sites. Interactive tutorial on Crohn's is well-done simple overview if you have a fast connection.

• http://www.crohns.net/ This site is selling Primal Defense, which is a probiotic mixture said to cure Crohns. There is a lot of discussion of this on the discussion board on the CCFA site. Apparently not safe if you are inflamed.

• Anne's Chron's disease web page has discussion threads, info etc.
• http://www.angelfire.com/ga/crohns/ Site maintained by a young woman in Sweden, is under construction. Contains copies of a few articles about the disease. Includes people's stories about their experiences, and humor. Brings up repeated angelfile ads.

• http://www.healingwell.com/ibd/ A general disease-oriented site.Contains a few articles on Crohns, not a lot.

Useless Sites

• http://www.crohnsresource.com/survey/ A site attempting to be a gateway site for Crohn's disease. At the moment, all it is is a survey.
• http://www.crohns-support.com/ Linked to by Centocor, maker of Remicade. Brings up the crohnsresource.com survey.
