The Learning Center
The School of Business Learning Center is an academic support resource available to students enrolled in pre-business and business courses, including ACCT IS 100, ACCT IS 211, FINANCE 300, GEN BUS 303 and 304, and MICROECONOMICS 101 and MACROECONOMICS 102. Students should inquire each semester regarding other courses supported. Students enrolled in the Center meet twice weekly in small study groups as well as one-on-one with trained Learning Center staff members during private office hours. The program is designed to reinforce lectures, text materials, and discussion sections. Students interested in using the Learning Center should call 608-262-1186 for more information, or stop by the Learning Center Office, 2240 Grainger Hall.

The Writing Center offers help on improving your writing skills. Its hours for the first five weeks of the semester are Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. If you have an appointment and need to cancel, please call 263-9305 more than 24 hours in advance.Graduate Student Tutors
