Here's the data for the "Deviations from Purchasing Power Parity: Causes and Welfare Costs.": eurocity.xls.  There are CPIs and nominal exchange rates.  The mnemonics are constructed as follows:  The exchange rates all end with an S.  The CPIs are listed by country-then-city abbreviations for the cities we have, and country abbreviations in the cases like Belgium where we have only one location in that country.  The exception is that the Spanish cities have only the city abbreviation like MAD for Madrid.
