UHEALTH - Health Module Sibling-Spouse Phone Instrument
OVERVIEW
This is the first round of data collection for sibling spouses. Health
items ascertained on the telephone during the 2005 round include general
self-reported health, the Health Utilities Index-Mark 3, specific illnesses
and details regarding long-term care.
