This does not include accounts through SoE (i.e. accounts that log into Winstat using the SOE-AD domain and do not use Linstat), Pharmacy, lab accounts, or accounts that are not sponsored by one of our member agencies. (Lab accounts have a separate renewal process that is now also underway.)

To renew your account, click on the web address below (which was also sent to your email) and fill out a very short form. It should take you less than two minutes to complete.

Please note that you will need to complete this form for EACH user name that you have on the SSCC system. This includes departmental accounts and “email-only” accounts. You will receive an email message for each account you need to renew. The account name needing renewed is in the subject line and is repeated again in the body of the message right before the link to the renewal page.
