FOR SALE: 1995 Subaru Impreza all-wheel-drive L-series hatchback. 107,200 miles. $2650 cash. KBB.com values it at $2820. Terrific car, especially for getting through the snow of Wisconsin winters! Big on the inside for hauling stuff, small on the outside so it's easy to park. Second owner, bought in 1997. Never driven by smokers or smoked in. Recently detailed interior. Very well-maintained, and all service is up to date. Automatic transmission. 2.2 liter engine. Air conditioning. Power side mirrors. Tilt wheel. Tachometer. Includes ice-resistant winter windshield wipers. Sony CDX-GT200 stereo. AM-FM/CD/MP3/WMA. Aux-in jack for iPod or other music player. Remote control. Removable face plate. Room available in west side home. Located in a newer neighborhood that is close to the Princeton Club, West Towne Mall, and lots of other shopping and dining. The room is located in the upstairs of the home along with a bathroom. This space would be all to yourself - no one uses the upstairs right now. Rent is $550 per month and includes all utilities (water, gas, electric, etc.) plus cable (satelite dish) and internet (wireless). Washer and dryer in the basement (included with rent).
