Assistant Professor of Sociology, Fall 2014
The Department of Sociology at the University of Wisconsin Madison invites applications for a position at the assistant professor level to begin August 2014. Applicants must hold a PhD or equivalent prior to the start of the appointment. Areas of specialization are open. Applicants should demonstrate potential for excellence and productivity in research and a commitment to undergraduate and graduate teaching. Probationary period is required. Submit a curriculum vitae, a statement of research interests, a statement of teaching experience, three letters of recommendation, and no more than three writing samples by email to socsearch2013@ssc.wisc.edu.
