The research reported in this note is part of the National Longitudinal Surveys of labor market behavior being conducted by the Ohio State University Center for Human Resource Research under contract with the Employment and Training Administration, U.S. Department of Labor, under authority of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act. At the time of the study the author was a Research Associate with the Center.
