TARGET is a collaborative project of the Women's Studies programs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Northeastern University in the US and the QUING network of the European Union. In the US, it is supported by funds from UW’s International Institute, the Division of International Studies and Global Studies Program, the Provost and Dean of Arts and Sciences at Northeastern University, and the Fund for the Improvement of Secondary Education.
