Calendars of Ethnic & Religious Holidays

I tried to find links to several on-line resources that cover a wide diversity of the ethnic groups in the US, especially those that include ethnic holidays (such as Chinese New Year) along with religious holidays.

• Calendar of holidays at University of Kansas
• Monroe County New York Library, religious holidays only (but includes more explanation)
• National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ) A PDF file you can print out that lists holidays and gives explanations of them. NCCJ home page will presumably have the link to similar calendar for subsequent years.
• Seven year calendar maintained by University of Michigan diversity office
• InterfaithCalendar.org a web site listing many religions and a long-term calendar. Includes links to explanations about religious traditions.
